My first experience with energy healing was with a curandera (a traditional folk healer) who helped me mend many wounds and clear my home of negative entities. I was in awe. That experience showed me a life path I hadn’t realized was possible.

I had an affinity for the spiritual from a young age, but I was taught that it was something to fear and ignore. For the first time, I saw that this sensitivity could instead be approached as a gift, one that might help ease the pain of others and support them along their own paths.

Since then, I have trained in breathwork, meditation, Reiki, tarot, and other energetic modalities. Throughout years of study, I came to realize energy work is more than a healing practice. The inner peace and joy that come from being present in divine union is indescribable. Today, I offer Reiki and intuitive services from this place.

My work is rooted in one simple belief: You are not here to be fixed. You are here to remember, and to reconnect with the joy, love, and divine presence within you.

My Story

Why True North

I believe healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about creating space to reconnect with who you have been all along, an unraveling of the noise, expectations, and outside influences that can pull you away from yourself.

My hope is that when you leave a session, you feel loved, significant, and connected. Not because I gave you something you were missing, but because you were able to remember something already within you.

That is why I named my practice True North.

Your true north may not always be apparent. It may become obscured by fear, uncertainty, pain, or the expectations of others, but it does not disappear. It remains within you: a quiet, steady sense of what is true, meaningful, and deeply your own.

My role is not to decide the path for you, but to help create the space in which you can hear that inner direction more clearly.
