The purpose of each healing session follows the intentions of the individual recipient. I use a combination of reiki, guided meditation, candle work and other folk healing tools to ease energetic blockages, release unwanted attachments, and balance energetic centers. While experiences vary from person to person, clients often report experiencing emotional release, mental clarity, deep relaxation, or a renewed sense of energy.
